Ruari MacNeill
Ruari is a partner in our Dispute Resolution department and he heads our Banking Litigation team. He also leads our team which advises the Accountant in Bankruptcy.
His work principally involves commercial litigation for commercial clients and banks with an emphasis on banking litigation and advice. The main area of investment is in high value or complex cases.
He regularly appears in the Sheriff Court and is frequently instructed in opinion work.
