Jonathan Guy
Jonathan is an associate in our Dispute Resolution department.
He has extensive experience of criminal prosecutions, high value personal injury actions, regulatory and commercial disputes.
He is experienced in the detailed preparation, analysis and presentation of cases in both the Court of Session and the Sheriff Court, having prepared and conducted numerous criminal and civil cases at trial and proof. He also regularly appears for clients in regulatory hearings.
He specialises in resolving commercial disputes, and represents commercial clients in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland as well as in the Commercial Court at the Court of Session and House of Lords.
