Gillian Smith

Gillian is a paralegal within our Dispute Resolution department.

She has been a qualified Paralegal since 1993 and joined us in 1998.

Since qualifying Gillian has practised in broad areas of the law including personal injury, insurance litigation, commercial disputes and family law covering both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session actions.

Gillian currently manages various personal injury claims/insurance claims (acting for claimants and insurers) and commercial actions .

Gillian is a qualified Specialist Paralegal in Reparation Law and is a member of both The Society of Specialist Paralegals and the Scottish Paralegal Association, holding a Grade One Practising Certificate.
