Diana Thurston-Smith
Diana is an associate in our Land Resources department.
She deals with purchases and sales of all types of rural property from large estates to small areas of land including croft sales, and forestry sales and purchases. Diana also has experience of windfarm option agreements and leases.
Diana has over 25 years experience in advising on all aspects of estate work including residential leases, radio mast leases, deeds of servitude for access, private water supplies and drainage and all aspects of agricultural leases.
She is also a notary public.
