Claire Martin
Claire is an associate in our Banking Litigation department and is head of Credit Recovery.
She manages the credit recovery work within the banking litigation team which acts for a number of clients in the financial and commercial sectors.
She also advises financial institutions and commercial clients on complex matters involving issues of pure banking law, fraud, contract, delictual claims, insolvency issues, professional negligence and enforcement of judgements (including cross border issues).
