Bruce Farquhar
Bruce is a partner in our Corporate department.
He deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial work including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate finance.
Some of his recent highlights include:
- advising Kwik Fit group on a variety of high level commercial transactions,
- concluding first and second round angel syndicate findings for Interactive Design Institute, an innovative company which delivers web-based courses to international students, and
- advising the Hydrogen Office in relation to delivery of a wind turbine and office block comprising unique Hydrogen Fuel Cell energy storage and testing facility.
Bruce is a part time tutor at Edinburgh University tutoring in Company and Commercial law on the Diploma in Legal Practice Course.
