Fraser is a very experienced commercial litigator whose practice comprises general commercial litigation, property litigation, insolvency, professional negligence, and mediation. He is the Clerk to the NHS Tribunal in Scotland and a legal adviser to the General Dental Council.
Pamela Keys has joined as a director in the employment team. She previously worked for McGrigors and has over 12 years’ specialist experience in a wide range of employment law issues. Steven Dunn joins the firm’s employment team in January as Head of Pensions. Steven is a very experienced solicitor, having previously worked for Burness and Harper McLeod, and an acknowledged expert in the field. He will enhance the specialist pensions advice the firm provides to public and commercial employers, pension trustees, and scheme members.
Robert Carr, Chairman of Anderson Strathern, said:
“The recruitment of Fraser, Pamela and Steven will add great strength and depth to our full service offering in Glasgow. We are delighted to welcome them to Anderson Strathern.”
Anderson Strathern has been ‘highly commended’ in the FT Innovative Lawyers Report 2010. In 2009/10, turnover grew by 3.4%, making the firm one of the few in Scotland which enjoyed growth in the last financial year.
