Promotions boost for Anderson Strathern

Anderson Strathern has announced a series of internal promotions across its eight departments, including an addition to the partnership taking partner numbers to 48.
Peter Smith was assumed as a partner in the Commercial Real Estate department. He has a wide range of experience in the property sector with a particular focus on development acquisitions, acting for developer clients, joint venture and special purpose vehicles, investment acquisitions and disposals and commercial leasing.
Jennifer Leavy, Dixcee Fast, Alan Glazer, Martin Whiteford, Anne Chapman, Julia McDonald and Yvonne Evans have been promoted to senior solicitor.
Claire Rice, Sara Grewar and Marika Franceschi have been promoted to Associate.
Sheelagh Cooley, Ewan Regan, Audrey Cameron, Diana Reid, Pamela McKeand, Chris McDowell, Barry Nichol, Debbie Fellows, Adele Nicol, Sheonagh Richards, Douglas Reid, Gail Clarke, Alistair Murdoch, Judy Williamson, Catriona Watt, Claire Martin, Andrew Foyle, Anne Swarbrick, Catriona Miller, Victoria Simpson and Carole Elder have been promoted to senior associate.
The firm also recently appointed a new associate, Chris MacRae, who specialises in IP.
