Three agricultural specialists from Scottish law firm Anderson Strathern are participating in the CLT Scotland conference ‘The Buying & Selling of Rural Property – the essential practical guide’ in Edinburgh on Wednesday 22 February.

Anderson Strathern has the largest Land Resources department of any legal firm in Scotland and it is this level of expertise that has resulted in three of the firm's rural specialists being approached to support the CLT event.

Alasdair Fox, consultant in the firm's Land Resources department, is chairing the conference and Jim Drysdale, partner, and senior associate Adèle Nicol are both presenting.

Aimed at professionals working within the legal, financial, corporate and other professional sectors, the conference will go some way in helping delegates to understand the complexities surrounding buying and selling rural property, ensuring their clients receive the best possible advice.

Anderson Strathern specialists regularly speak and contribute to seminars and conferences and are highly regarded within their specialist field, demonstrating their level of knowledge.

Commenting on their involvement, Robert Carr, Chairman, said;

“We are delighted to be invited by CLT Scotland to support this conference.  Buying and selling rural property can be a complex issue.  Our team, alongside specialists from other organisations will provide information and advice; ensuring delegates leave the conference confident they understand the issues.”
