We were one of the first Scottish law firms to be awarded the 'Investors in People' (IIP) standard and have held this since 1998.

IIP is designed to differentiate organisations who have made a commitment to work with IIP using its flexible framework of good practice. The framework is based on the simple principles of Plan, Do and Review, all with the aim of helping to achieve success by ensuring that people have the relevant skills and knowledge to contribute to the fulfilment of business objectives. Continuous improvement is built into the process.

We are not specifically interested in "the IIP medal". We embrace IIP because it provides a benchmark for good practice and an accredited quality standard. Pleasingly our most recent IIP assessment ranked us second amongst law firms in the whole of the UK in terms of IIP profile benchmarking.

We have an in-house training programme including CPD accreditation and IT training. Our entire team is kept up to speed in all areas relevant to their role.
