  • Acted on behalf of Wimpey Homes in relation to a Local Plan Inquiry concerning the allocation of a major new settlement/town extension in the context of the emerging Local Plan. Wimpey were proposing a new settlement called Oudinarde close to Bridge of Earn for 1,200 homes, and associated infrastructure. This was in competition with a new settlement being proposed at Errol and a town extension of Bridge of Earn.
  • Acted successfully on behalf of Morley Fund Management in the promotion of a housing site in Dunblane known as Anchors Cross.
  • Acted on behalf of a land owner in the successful promotion of a site for housing in the context of the South Lanarkshire Local Plan. The allocation of the site was opposed by the Council.
