  • Acted for the Moyallen Group in the acquisition of the 475,000 sq ft Peacocks Centre Woking at a price of £116m. The acquisition is believed to be the largest retail property acquisition completed in the UK in 2008.
  • Acted on behalf of JP Morgan’s European Property Fund in the acquisition of the 150,000 square feet Dock Street Retail Park.
  • Negotiated and completed The Scottish Legal Complaints Commission's lease of the 4th floor of The Stamp Office at Waterloo Place, Edinburgh, within 6 days from start to finish.
  • Acted for Barclays Bank plc in their financing of the Scaent Group’s acquisition of the Glenglassaugh Distillery at Portsoy, Aberdeenshire.
  • Acted along with an international law firm in the re-financing of a number of UK property portfolios with a combined value of approximately £700m.
  • Acted for The Airport Property Partnership (a 50:50 joint venture between BAA Limited and clients of Morley Fund Management Limited) in the Scottish property aspects of the sale of a portfolio of 33 assets to The Arora Family Trust for £265 million.
  • Handled the purchase of Lomond House, George Square, Glasgow, at a price of over £16 Million.
