Sarah Phillips
Sarah is an senior associate within our specialist Insurance Litigation unit which is part of our Dispute Resolution department.
Sarah specialises in defender liability insurance work. She regularly advises a number of major insurers in relation to a full range of insurance issues, including employer’s liability, public liability, occupier’s liability and motor claims.
Sarah has a particular interest in motor fraud and credit hire claims. She has extensive experience in detailed preparation, analysis and presentation of cases (both low and high value) in the Court of Session, Sheriff Court and before the Compensation Appeals Tribunal. She also has experience in defending occupational disease claims.
