Katrina is a partner in our Dispute Resolution department and head of our Insolvency and Restructuring Team.

She is a solicitor advocate and specialises in both insolvency matters and intellectual property disputes.

Katrina has practised in commercial litigation since 1996, building extensive experience in both the Court of Session and Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland. She joined us in September 2008, having previously headed up DLA Piper’s Edinburgh litigation team.

Katrina's insolvency practice is focused on corporate insolvency and corporate recovery.
