Douglas Reid
Douglas is a Senior Associate in our Land Resources department.
He has extensive experience in agricultural leases, particularly LDTs and SLDTs but also other farming arrangements. Douglas is skilled in dealing with general rural property matters such as sales, purchases, security work for financing and refinancing for all types of rural properties including estates, farms, salmon fishings, forestry, sportings, rural developments, minerals, telecoms and bare land. He is familiar with numerous rural diversification projects including options, business re-organisations and farm tenancy re-organisations.
Douglas deals with a wide variety of clients, including estates, companies and individuals, in a professional and friendly style.
