Claire Rice
Claire is an Associate in our Construction and Engineering department.
Claire has experience in property and projects as well as construction and deals with all aspects of building and civil engineering matters. She has acted in a number of major adjudications and litigations for employers, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors and has experience of mediation and other forms of dispute resolution. As well as advising in contentious matters, Claire also advises clients in relation to dispute avoidance and contract drafting issues.
She received a Masters degree in Construction Law from the University of Strathclyde in 2010.
She is also a notary public.
