Andrew Lothian
Andrew is our Managing Partner. He is responsible for the firm's operations and the delivery of our strategic objectives. Working with a team of managers, he is focused on ensuring that all our clients receive a consistently high standard of service.
He also heads our specialist Insurance Litigation Unit, together with Douglas Keir, acting for insurers, loss adjusters, public bodies and self-insured employers in the resolution of complex and high value claims.
He has lectured to professional bodies and insurers on dispute resolution issues. He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers.
